A light coloured residue may in some cases appear on a Sliptech treated floor. PLEASE DO NOT BE CONCERNED. The residue is a result of a chemical reaction and molecular change within the floor surface. It CANNOT be tracked onto other floor coverings.

This residue could last between 24 and 72 hours. The floor may be used normally during this period. Cleaning should be done on a daily basis using clean hot water and a high quality neutral pH cleaner. (eg: Biotec from MMP, Tempo HD or S/21 Multi Purpose Cleaner from cleaning suppliers.) A mechanical buffer and scouring pad can be used on certain surfaces to speed the process.
